Making Up a Meeting Online

www.rotaryeclubone.org

You will need this information to register:

District # - 7630
Club # - 5902
Your Membership # - Found on the label of the Rotarian Magazine that is mailed to you
each month

Once your information is processed, you will be sent an e-mail with a password for you to use.

Return to the website to log on with your password. From there follow directions and pick a program to read and review. You may also click on any of the headings at the top of the Website to find other things to read. This is a great way for new Rotarians to learn about Rotary and for other Rotarians to refresh their memories.

When you are done, request a Make Up. The first screen will ask for a donation. If you choose not to donate, scroll to the bottom and click the “REQUEST MAKEUP FORM” button.

Follow the instructions to fill in the form. A copy will be sent to you and you can also print a copy to hand to our Club Secretary.

Once you have used this site, it will remember you so that you do not need to re-register.

Remember, 45 minutes is the amount of time required for an official make up. The e- club suggests at least 30 minutes. Many of the articles are short, so I usually read 3 or 4 and comment on the one I found most interesting or the one that has a practical application for our club.

This site is available 24 hours a day, everyday of the year, so it will easily fit into your schedule!
